Seven quiet days in nature: asana, pranayama, sitting, and sound. Unhurried rhythm, silence windows, simple food, small group. Space to soften—and to see clearly.

7-month online module

Go deeper, slowly. Monthly themes, weekly sessions, and optional live clinics. We refine alignment, expand breath capacity, build attention—and translate it to daily life.

30 minutes a day for three weeks: postures, simple sequencing, and steady nervous-system focus. You finish with a routine you can actually keep.
